Scheduling
- Q：How do I check availability?
- A：Leave your contact details and a dedicated consultant will reach out to check the latest availability for you.
- Q：How far in advance should I book?
- A：We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially during peak season (May-October and public holidays).
- Q：Can I reschedule? Is there a fee?
- A：Rescheduling is free if done 7+ days before the shoot; a ¥500 fee applies for changes within 7 days.
- Q：Is the deposit refundable?
- A：The deposit is non-refundable once booked; however, if you're unsatisfied, we offer a reshoot, and if still unsatisfied after the reshoot, the deposit is fully refunded.
- Q：Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
- A：Yes, you may arrange a transfer directly with another client.
- Q：How long does a shoot usually take?
- A：About 8-10 hours (there is no strict time limit — it depends on how the shoot goes on the day).
Outfits
- Q：Are outfits divided into price tiers?
- A：No, all outfits are available with no tier restrictions, including top brands like Vera Wang, Dennis, and ST.
- Q：Can I bring my own outfit?
- A：Yes, it counts as one of your outfit changes, and separate hair/makeup styling will be arranged for it.
- Q：Are the outfits clean? Are they washed?
- A：Outfits are cleaned daily. Once chosen the day before your shoot, they're hung in your private dressing suite to ensure cleanliness.
- Q：Do you have plus-size or petite outfits?
- A：Over 80% of our gowns feature back-lacing designs that adjust to different body types.
- Q：Can I wear more outfits than included?
- A：The standard is 3-4 outfits per day; we don't typically add extra outfit changes, focusing instead on getting the best results during your shoot day.
- Q：Do I need to bring my own groom's suit?
- A：No, we provide and coordinate the groom's suit free of charge.
Shooting
- Q：Can I bring my pet to the shoot?
- A：Yes! Many of our clients bring their cats and dogs along — we can share real client examples for reference.
- Q：What if it rains or the weather is bad?
- A：If weather prevents outdoor shooting, we can switch entirely to indoor sets or reschedule the outdoor portion — indoor shoots are unaffected.
- Q：Do I get all the raw photos?
- A：We guarantee at least 120 approved raw photos, and any additional shots taken are included for free.
- Q：Can I take behind-the-scenes photos myself?
- A：Of course — feel free to take some phone photos as keepsakes during the shoot.
- Q：Can I choose which photos get retouched?
- A：Yes, you select your favorite photos for retouching during the photo selection session.
- Q：Can I get a reshoot if I'm unsatisfied?
- A：Yes, and if you're still unsatisfied after the reshoot, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Post-Production
- Q：How long does retouching take?
- A：About 15-20 business days.
- Q：How many rounds of retouching revisions are allowed?
- A：Unlimited revisions until you're satisfied, with 1-on-1 communication with your retoucher.
- Q：Can I get the original unedited photos?
- A：Yes, original files are uploaded to cloud storage and sent to you at pickup.
- Q：How long does it take to produce the album/products?
- A：About 15-20 business days.
- Q：Do you ship the products, or do I pick them up?
- A：We ship nationwide for free within China (remote areas excluded).
- Q：Are there any hidden fees?
- A：No hidden fees at all — you shoot first, pay later, and are only charged based on the number of retouched photos you approve.

- Q：How does payment work? Can I pay in installments?
- A：A ¥2,000 deposit reserves your date; the balance is settled after photo selection based on the number of retouched photos chosen. The deposit is deducted from the balance, and no fees are charged if you're unsatisfied.
- Q：Do you have a physical studio I can visit first?
- A：Yes, our headquarters is in Panyu, Guangzhou, with an exclusive indoor studio and outdoor manor — you're welcome to visit and see our sets, outfits and real shoots in person.
- Q：What happens if there's a dispute?
- A：We commit to responding within 1 hour and resolving any issue within 12 hours.
